摘要： A metal mold is prepared, which has a gate, a cavity in which a virtual curve is formed, which forms at least a welding target part of a laser beam transmitting member along the virtual curve, and in which a filling terminal wall is formed along a curve parallel to the virtual curve, and a throttle part for reducing the flow of a resin flowing from the gate toward the cavity, which is connected to the cavity, and whose connection boundary is formed along a curve parallel to the virtual curve. Then, a resin is injected into the gate and a crystalline laser beam transmitting member is molded out of the injected resin using the metal mold.

The peripheral edge of the contact parts is formed with a peripheral edge path (330) to be filled with a molten resin. In the peripheral edge path (330), protrusions (316, 326) are projected from the division members (31, 32) continuously over the whole periphery of the peripheral edge path (330). The molten resin is filled in the peripheral edge path 330, and is welded with the protrusions (316, 326). As a result, a weld structure is obtained in which portions having a high welding strength are continuously formed over the whole periphery of the peripheral edge path (330).

The shaft member is disposed such that a portion of the shaft member located inside of the tubular portion retains an elastic force against an inner wall of the tubular portion.

摘要： An intake air control device, which is mounted to a fixed member, includes a throttle body and a throttle valve. The throttle body defines an intake air passage. The throttle valve is rotatably supported in the throttle body to control an amount of intake air flowing through the intake air passage. The throttle body includes a cylindrical portion, a plurality of fixed portions, and a strain absorbing portion. The cylindrical portion defines the intake air passage that accommodates the throttle valve. The plurality of fixed portions are connected to the fixed member. The strain absorbing portion connects the cylindrical portion with the plurality of fixed portions to absorb displacement arising in the plurality of fixed portions. The strain absorbing portion is a deformable connecting arm that connects to the cylindrical portion in a location, which is apart from a radially inner periphery of the plurality of fixed portions.
