摘要： A slide type portable communication terminal capable of automatically slide-moving a display unit on a body unit upwardly or downwardly according to a user's desired mode such as a general mode or a camera activation mode. The terminal comprises a body unit, a display unit slidably mounted at a front surface of the body unit, a guide unit operating with the display unit and the body unit for guiding slide-movement of the display unit, a driving unit for moving the display unit, and a switching unit for sensing motion of the display unit and controlling the driving unit to move the display unit, wherein upon the switching unit sensing the display unit being manually moved in a desired direction, the switching unit controls the driving unit to automatically drive the display unit in the desired direction.

摘要： In an anisotropic conductive adhesive containing a conductive particle, the conductive particle includes a resin particle that is provided with a cavity formed therein and a conductive layer surrounding a surface of the resin particle. The cavity is formed by mixing the resin particle with a reactant and partially removing the reactant from the resin particle. Thus, the conductive particle may readily absorb an external pressure, thereby providing an improved malleability to the conductive particle.

The digital image transmitter includes: a sender for transforming a plurality of channels of electrical signals output from a computer to a single channel of optical signal and sending the single channel of optical signal; an optical cable provided with a single optical fiber and sending the single channel of optical signal of the sender through the optical fiber; and a receiver for recovering the single channel of optical signal transmitted through the optical cable to the plurality of channels of electrical signals and outputting the electrical signals to a digital image display device. Therefore, the present invention is capable of increasing productivity and reducing manufacturing and installation costs by simplifying a manufacturing process. Further, the present invention is capable of stably transmitting a high-resolution digital image signal since the skew does not generated during long distance transmission.

摘要： Disclosed herein are an automatically replaceable apparatus for collecting byproducts in semiconductor producing equipment and a control method thereof. The apparatus includes several trap units mounted to a vertical shaft at regular angular intervals and rotating in response to a driving direction of a servo motor. Upper and lower plates support the vertical shaft, and connect byproduct inlet and outlet ports, cleaning-water supply and discharge ports, and dry-gas supply and exhaust ports to the respective trap units. Trap and plate coupling means are extended at normal times to air-tightly seal gaps between the upper and lower plates and the trap units, and contracted when the trap units are rotated in a predetermined direction for the replacement. The servo motor is mounted to a lower surface of the lower plate and rotates the trap units within a predetermined angular range. A control unit controls the operation of the components.
