SOLUTION: The aluminum electrolytic capacitor 1 comprises (1) a flexible housing case, an aluminum electrolytic capacitor element which is hermetically housed in the housing case, a capacitor body with external terminals which are drawn out of the housing case from the capacitor element; (2) an encapsulating case 20 housing the capacitor body; (3) a sealing material 30 sealing, at least, the one open end of the encapsulating case 20; and (4) lead terminals 40 which penetrate through the sealing material 30 and are joined to the external terminals of the capacitor body.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminium electrolytic capacitor in which solderability is enhanced at the time of mounting on a circuit board, or the like, occurrence of troubles, e.g. break, is retarded at the joint of the electrode foil of a capacitor element and an external lead-out terminal, and workability is enhanced in production processes.
SOLUTION: The aluminium electrolytic capacitor comprises an aluminium electrolytic capacitor element 12, external lead-out terminals 16a and 16b bonded, respectively, to the anode foil and the cathode foil of the capacitor element 12 and led out to the outside of a containing case 14, and at least one lead terminal 20a, 20b being connected, respectively, with these external lead-out terminals 16a and 16b, all of which are encased in the containing case 14 being sealed hermetically. Lead terminals 20a and 20b of the anode and cathode are coupled each other through a member 22 of insulating material.

SOLUTION: The layered aluminium electrolytic capacitor comprises an aluminium electrolytic capacitor element stacking an anode foil, a cathode foil and an interposed separator, external lead-out terminals bonded, respectively, to the anode foil and the cathode foil of the capacitor element and led out to the outside of a containing case, and lead terminals connected, respectively, with these external lead-out terminals, all of which are encased in the containing case being sealed hermetically. The separator 4 is folded to the inside of the stack at least at two positions to wrap the anode foil 2 (or the cathode foil) at least partially.
