    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embankment construction method and an embankment system, by which a levee and a simple one sufficient for conducting the emergency measure of the damaged level can be constructed successively, rapidly and efficiently by using simple heavy machinery and materials. SOLUTION: The embankment system consists of a bulldozer 16 made to travel and moved along the top end face of a levee 12, a sheet roll 14, on which a sheet 13 having a shape that the levee 12 is wrapped in is wound, from which the sheet 13 is delivered and which is arranged in front of the bulldozer 16, and a belt conveyor 19 carries banking soil and sand from the rear of the bulldozer 16 to a section between the bulldozer 16 and the sheet roll 14 in front of the bulldozer 16 and charging banking soil and sand 15 into the sheet 13 delivered from the sheet roll 14. The sheet 13 is delivered successively from the sheet roll 14 continuously while banking soil and sand 15 are charged into the delivered sheet 13, and the levees 12, in which at least bases and side faces are covered with the sheets 13 and which are composed of bankings, are built in order in the extending direction of the levees 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffering method and coffering structure, in which sufficient coffering and simple coffering for conducting the emergency measure of a damaged levee can be mounted rapidly and efficiently by a simple method without particularly requiring a large number of materials and a large-sized heavy machine. SOLUTION: Sheet cells 11 formed by cylindrically assembling sheet members are used in the coffering construction method and the coffering structure. Bearing piles 16 for retaining and positioning the sheet cells 11 are driven at the place 15 of coffering under the state, in which the upper end sections of the bearing pile 16 are projected and extended onto a water surface, the sheet cells 11 are hung up and installed at the place 15 of coffering so that the bearing piles 16 are inserted into the inside from the upper sections of the bearing piles 16 and soil and sand 13 for a fill are charged and filled into the sheet cells 11 and the fill cells 14, 14' are formed at that time. The fill cells 14, 14' are connected continuously along the place 15 of coffering, thus coffering the place 15 of coffering.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent settlement due to the consolidation of a sea-bottom ground by laminating and laying and arranging a large number of blocks in a specified sea area under an approximately floated state while surrounding the peripheries of the blocks by coffering walls. CONSTITUTION: A large number of steel-pipe sheet piles 1 are driven continuously while surrounding the periphery of the constructed sea area S of an artificial island 20, thus installing a coffering wall 10. Sand drains 5 are driven into an alluvial clay layer 21 in the coffering wall 10 to compact the ground while paving sand 6 is laid on a floor-face ground 22, and a temporary bearing base 7 is mounted. Box culverts 2 are sunk successively into the coffering wall 10, and the culverts 2 are arranged closely under an approximately floated state. Sections among the culverts 2 in a lower layer and paving sand 6 are filled with mortar, the upper sections of the culverts 2 are filled up with lightweight aggregate 9, and a top face is paved 25. Accordingly, the loading of placing load in size, by which settlement due to consolidation is generated on a sea- bottom ground, can be prevented, and the artificial island 20 can be executed easily.

    • PURPOSE: To sufficiently bear excessive load with the approach to a joint place of a shield excavator and to make it possible to connect a shield tunnel to the existing pipe line while preventing the movement of damage of the existing pipe line easily. CONSTITUTION: Before a shield excavator 20 excavates the ground approached to the existing pipe line 10, an improved soil E1 is executed in the ground on the opposite side of an arrival side of the shield excavator 20 in the circumference of the existing pipe line 10. An improved soil E2 between the shield excavator 20 and existing pipe line 10 is excavated while bearing push force with the approach of the shield excavator 20 on the improved soil E1. After the front end part of an excavation face plate of the shield excavator 20 is brought into rough contact with the peripheral surface of the existing pipe line 10, the circumference of the existing pipe line 10 is made to pass through by driving forward the shield excavator 20 while removing the existing pipe line 10 of a joint place 14 such as an arrival place from the inside of the existing pipe line 10. By the constitution, the existing pipe line is connected to a shield tunnel 30.
