    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise removal method for a reflection electron image of a sample including a plurality of types of particles, that can accurately separate and quantitatively determine each constituent phase by appropriately removing noise mixed in the reflection electron image due to damage or the like of a sample surface, a method for estimating a constituent phase ratio of cement using the noise removal method and a cement manufacturing method, and a method for estimating a hydration reaction rate of each constituent phase in a hardened cement paste using the noise removal method.SOLUTION: A sample including a plurality of types of particles and a resin are mixed to form a test piece, the test piece is observed by an electron microscope, and a reflection electron image is acquired. A constituent phase of each particle of the reflection electron image is replaced by a single constituent phase on the basis of an area rate of each constituent phase contained in the particles.
