    • PURPOSE:To provide a fuel injection control device which can control any correction for entire fuel injection quantity like an uneven quantity correction and also can always, secure plural times injection like a pilot injection, even this correction control is effected. CONSTITUTION:An uneven quantity correction quantity DELTAQ for controlling the uneven quantity correction between cylinders and total injection quantity QFIN are calculated (S100-S300) and both amounts QFIN and DELTAQ are added together (S400). When a pilot injection is carried out, at first, a pilot injection quantity QP is secured for the total injection amount QFIN after correction (S600) and thereafter, a main injection quantity QM is calculated (S700) and outputted as a control signal (S800). Consequently, concerning the fuel injection quantity as a whole, the uneven quantity correction is reflected and the pilot injection and the main injection are carried out under the state of securing the pilot injection quantity surely and the uneven quantity correction between cylinders can be always compatible with the pilot injection.

    • PURPOSE:To minimize the size of the second spring by providing a push rod to be slided via a rod holder inside a nozzle holder to operate both of the first and the second springs at the time of main injection for reducing the weight of inertia for smooth operation. CONSTITUTION:When a fuel pressure reaches to an initial valve-opening pressure P1, a needle valve 6 goes up overpowering the first spring 10 and stops once when a pushing body 8 touches the lower end face 13a of a push rod. Here, an injection ratio is kept small since an opening volume of an injection hole 7 is small. Then, if the fuel pressure reaches P2, the pushing body 8 pushes up a push rod 13 against the second spring 11 to enlarge the opening are to increase the injection ratio. Here, the needle valve 6 receives the pushing force from both of the first and the second springs 10 and 11 to fall down until the fuel pressure goes down from P2 to P3. When separated from the rod 13, the pushing body 8 receives the pushing force only from the first spring 10 to fall down and close the valve. This construction permits to operate the needle valve smoothly only by lifting operation of the rod 13 and minimize the size of the second spring.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a control device for engine which can be effectively applied to a diesel engine using, for example, alcohol fuel, improved in the fuel assisting effects of glow plugs at the time of rapid acceleration. CONSTITUTION:The control device for engine is directed to be used in an engine 11 provided, at its air cylinders, with glow plugs 121 to 124, and is arranged such that a heating current supplied to the glow plugs is interrupted or passed therethrough by a switch circuit 15 driven by an electronic control unit 14. This on/off duty ratio is set in corresponding relation to the fuel injection amount and the number of engine revolutions. When a state of rapid increase in the amount of step-in of an accelerator 19 is sensed by an accelerator opening sensor 20, an acceleration mode is set. During a peak hold period determined in corresponding relation to entry into the mentioned acceleration mode, the engine is set to an acceleration mode duty Dg2 added with a duty Da corresponding to an amount of change in the detected value of the accelerator opening sensor, to improve the ignitibility of the increased fuel.

    • PURPOSE:To precisely and properly stop fuel injection at the time of an abnormality by driving a fuel quantity adjusting member so as to set the fuel injection quantity to nearly zero when the fuel quantity adjusting member is in an offset abnormal state to cause an increase of the fuel injection quantity. CONSTITUTION:The fuel injection quantity for a Diesel engine is adjusted by an injecting means 1 in response to the action of a fuel quantity adjusting member, and the fuel quantity adjusting member is driven by a driving means 2. The driving state of a vehicle is detected by the first detecting means 3, and the driving means 2 is controlled by a control means 4 in response to the detected result. The action of the fuel quantity adjusting member is detected by the second detecting means 5, and a judging means judges whether the action of the fuel quantity adjusting member is in an offset abnormal state to cause an increase of the fuel injection quantity from the desired action state in response to this detected result. When it is judged to be in the abnormal state, the control means 4 controls the driving means 2 to set the fuel injection quantity to nearly zero.

CONSTITUTION:In this device, there are provided with a rack position sensor 2b, an operation detecting means detecting each operation of various operating levers 5, and accelerator sensor 7 detecting the opening of an accelerator lever and an engine speed sensor 8, and each detection signal out of these sensors is inputted into a governor controller 6. First, an initial valve of an accelerator filter is determined out of engine speed and injection quantity prior to a point of time rushed into a transient state. In addition, an accelerator operated variable before when rushed into the transient state is added to the said initial value, finding the added value. Afterward, a correction factor determined by a speed upping rate ad an accelerator filter integral quantity are multiplied at an optional period, and the multiplied value is added to the said added value, finding an internal pseudo-accelerator operated value, and thus an injection pump 2 is controlled.
