摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a scavenging effect with a flow of working fluid smoothed by combining an impeller, which forms a blade plate and a bottom part of a blade groove to be continued with a curved surface, with a fluid passage of almost circular section. CONSTITUTION:A regenerative pump is provided with a casing 11 having an annular fluid passage 20 and an impeller 1 rotating a blade 4 to be moved in the fluid passage 20. The casing 11 forms its fluid passage 20 into an almost circular section, while the impeller 1 provides in its blade 4 two or more blade plates 5 along a radial shape while a blade groove 6 between each blade plate 5, continuing this blade plate 5 to a bottom part 7 of the blade groove 6 by a curved surface 8.

摘要： PURPOSE:To feed highly pure liquid by forming at least main part of the outer surface of a liquid contact section in a pump, from a material having a surface subjected to mirror-surface finish by an electrolytic composite polishing so as to reduce fine particles and the elusion of metal. CONSTITUTION:In a pump, for example, a vortex flow pump, a plurality of blades 18 are formed at the peripheral edge of a disc. An impeller 12 fitted on a rotary shaft 16 is journalled to a bearing 17 through the intermediary of a seal box 14. Further, the casing 13 and the impeller 12 define therebetween a fluid passage 20 which is communicated with a fluid inlet port 19. With this arrangement, at least a main part of the outer surface of a liquid contact part in the pump is formed from a material having a surface subjected to mirror- surface finish by electrolytic composite polishing. Further, the surface roughness of the mirror surface is set to a value less than 0.1mumRmax. Thereby, it is possible to feed liquid having a high purity near to a theoretical purity.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce loss in a fluid passage of a pre-use type pump having fluid passage approx. circular formed to be devoted for single vanes, by giving a specified value to the ratio of section area of that portion of a vane outlet side flowline of fluid passage which is situated outermore than the periphery of an impeller to the section area of the vane inlet side flowline situated innermore. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 15 is supported in a casing 11 rotatably, and an impeller 1 is fixed to that end of rotary shaft 15 which intrudes into a space 16. The vane root 4 of this impeller 1 is fitted rotatably in a recess 17 between the casing 11 and a cover 13, and vanes 5 are intruded in a fluid passage 18. In this fluid passage 18 of a regenerative pump, a value ranging 0.6-0.9 is given to the ratio A/B of the section area of that portion of vane outlet side flowline A which is situated outermore than the periphery 7 of the impeller 1 as constituted by passage zones a-b-c to the section area of that portion of vane inlet side flowline B which is situated innermore than the periphery 7 of the impeller 1 and constituted by sideways passage zones c-b-d.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a multistage vortex pump, by a method wherein a flow passage to a pump chamber at a stage subsequent to the multistage vortex pump is situated in a main block. CONSTITUTION:A suction body 2 forms a pump chamber 101 and a part of the main block of a pump chamber 105, and flow passages 102 and 104 extended in a radial direction are formed in an internal space 103. A discharge port 101OUT is formed in the flow passage 102, a discharge port 105IN is formed in the flow passage 104, and a flow passage is formed in the main block. The pump chamber 105 is communicated with the internal space 103, and a pump chamber 109 is communicated to an internal space 107 and a discharge port OUT. This constitution enables reduction of the size of a multistage vortex pump.
