    • A method and a system for generating an ultrasound image are provided to detect a center position of a vessel by setting plural sample volumes at different position on a B-mode image. A memory(120) stores plural sample volume groups containing plural sample volumes. A signal acquiring portion transmits an ultrasound signal to an object, receives a reflected ultrasound signal, and acquires an image signal for forming a B-mode image of the object. The signal acquiring portion acquires Doppler signals for the respective sample volumes. An input portion(130) receives selection information for selecting one of the sample volume groups and setting information for allocating the selected sample volume group to the B-mode image of the object. A processor(150) generates the B-mode image signal and forms a Doppler spectrum signal for the respective sample volumes based on the Doppler signals. A display unit(161) displays the B-mode image based on the B-mode image signal and displays a Doppler spectrum based on the Doppler spectrum signal.

The resistors are formed in the slide groove in the length direction of the rotating member. The first mover is inserted into the slide groove and includes a slide moving slice and a knob. The second mover is connected to the rotating member, so that the second mover is rotated by the rotation of the rotating member. The contact terminals are fixed on the frame apart from the second mover. When the rotating member rotates, the second mover is contacted with the contact terminals.

    • A control panel for an ultrasound system is provided to reduce a size of a control panel by replacing plural control keys with a single multi-functional key. A control panel(100) for an ultrasound system includes plural multi-functional keys(110). The multi-functional key adjusts a TGC(Time Gain Compensation) gain according to a depth detected at a predetermined position. The multi-functional key adjusts an LGC(Lateral Gain Compensation) gain which is obtained from an ultrasound image measured from both sides of position. When the multi-functional key is moved in a horizontal direction, the multi-functional key adjusts the TGC gain. When the multi-functional key is moved in a vertical direction, the multi-functional key adjusts the LGC gain.
