A distance: X=(w +d ) between fibers is preferably controlled to >8mm. The perpendicular distance (d) between the two adjacent fibers can be formed by alternately guiding the fibers to comb guides 7 and guide bars 8 disposed at the inlet and exit of a flame-resisting treatment oven 1, respectively, and subsequently lifting the guides.
