摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate mounting of a beautification panel by a method wherein an elongated beautification panel lock member is welded on support members arranged at vertical intervals of a given distance on the front of a sheet pile made of a steel of a continuous wall consisting of sheet piles made of a steel, and a lock metal fitting arranged on the back side of the beautification panel is locked at a panel lock member. SOLUTION: Angle-form support members 3 are welded to the fronts of sheet piles 1 continuously driven at vertical intervals of a given distance such that an upper surface is kept in a horizontal state. An elongated angle-form beautification panel lock member 4 is welded on the upper surface of a support member 3. Lock metal fittings 10 are arranged on the back side of a beautification panel 2 at intervals corresponding to the vertical intervals of the lock member 4 and hung down from above, a lock metal fitting 10 and a lock member 4 are locked, and fixed by a fastening member. This constitution performs easy and reliable mounting of the beatification panel 2.

摘要： PURPOSE: To insolubilize nutrient salts included in a bottom mud layer by feeding the front layer water, etc., of a water basin into the bottom mud layer deposited on the bottom of the water basin by using a pump installed in the water, etc., and pipes installed on the bottom of the water basin, thereby increasing dissolved oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A water suction pipe 10 sucks the surface layer water having an ample dissolved oxygen in the water basin 1 when the water feed pump in a pump pit 4 operates. The water is fed through a water feed pipe 11 and a water distributing pipe 12 to the surface right above the bottom mud layer 2, thereby replacing the water right above the layer with the fed water. As a result, the dissolved oxygen in the water right above the bottom mud layer is increased and the nutrient salts included in the bottom mud layer 2 are insolubilized. The supply of the nutrient salts into the water is thus prevented. At this time, the effect is higher if the dissolved oxygen is sucked into the surface layer water to be added and chemicals, such as flocculating agents, for treating the bottom mud layer are incorporated therein and the surface layer water is cooled and stagnated right above the bottom mud layer 2.
