摘要： A vehicle retractable mirror structure comprising an arm member mounted on a vehicle body for a pivotable movement relative to the vehicle body between an operative position wherein the arm member projects sidewardly with respect to the vehicle body and a retracted position wherein the arm member is positioned close to the vehicle body, and a mirror assembly mounted on the arm member for a pivotable movement with respect to the arm member. There is provided an interconnecting motion transmitting mechanism between the arm member and the mirror assembly for moving the mirror assembly with the arm member so that the mirror assembly is moved to an operative position wherein the mirror member is projected sidewardly with respect to the vehicle body when the arm member is moved to the operative position and a retracted position wherein the mirror member is positioned close to the vehicle body when the arm member is moved to the retracted position. There is further provided a driving mechanism for driving the arm member between the operative position and the retracted position whereby the mirror assembly is moved with respect to the arm member when the arm member is driven by the driving mechanism.

A space is provided between the mirror member and the supporting member. The heating member is installed in the space. The ultrasonic vibrator atomizes water drops on the mirror member. The heating member melts ice, frost or other foreign substances on the mirror member. The ice, frost or the other foreign substances which are melted by the heating member are removed by the ultrasonic vibrator.

摘要： The vehicle mirror of the present invention is made such that a supporting member is arranged with a predetermined spacing in respect to the rear mirror member of an anti-halation mirror member having the anti-halation device such as liquid crystal or electrochromic element or the like between the front transparent member and the rear mirror member getting a reflection as the mirror, the piezo-electric vibrator generating vibration is fixed to the supporting member, a spacing between the rear mirror member and the supporting member is held by the spacer member and then the vibration of the piezo-electric vibrator is tansmitted to the front transparent member. The front transparent member is exposed from the opening of the holder and at the same time the circumferential edge of the anti-halation mirror member is held by the holding part. With such an arrangement above, a function of anti-halation and another function of removing water droplets can be provided.

The oscillation means may, advantageously, be adapted to cause bending vibrations to the vibrator by lateral effect.

摘要： A power supply device adapted to supply power to a pair of electrodes formed on opposite end surfaces of an ultrasonic vibrator. The device has a circuit layer arranged on a flexible base. The circuit layer has a pair of supply electrodes arranged at its one longitudinal end and a pair of end connections arranged at the other longitudinal end. A pair of conductive layers electrically connect the supply electrodes and the end connections, respectively. Each supply electrode has an inner surface of substantially the same shape as the end surface of the ultrasonic vibrator, the inner surface being joined electrically and mechanically with the electrode of the ultrasonic vibrator. The flexible base has an electrode base covering an entire outer surface of each of the supply electrodes, and a circuit base holding the conductive layers. A shield layer may be disposed on the flexible base in order to screen electromagnetic radiation from the circuit layer.
