    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working scaffold support apparatus capable of forming a stable working scaffold and improving working efficiency.
      SOLUTION: Two or more spreading members 6 are so held by holding members 5 that the spreading members 6 can be spread radially from the holding members 5. The holding members 5 are inserted into a hollow structure 2 through an opening 3 and the spreading members 6 are spread to support scaffold plates by the spreading members 6 spread radially from the holding members 5. Workers perform working on the scaffold plates. Since a stable working scaffold can be formed by the scaffold plates supported by the spreading members 6 and the working scaffold can be easily installed in the hollow structure 2, the working efficiency can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for increasing control accuracy of the moisture content in coal at the time of manufacturing coke and for controlling the conditions for manufacturing coke based on the moisture content.
