摘要： PURPOSE:To support a concave from above and allow a slack generated by continuous crushing action to be clamped more tightly and corrected by a crushing reaction in a self-control manner. CONSTITUTION:Support levers 8 with a base end part clamped by a tightening bolt 9 are arranged on the inner top of a concave support part 3b, in the upper barrel 3 of a dual cylindrical structure having the concave support part 3b engaged with the interior of a fixed barrel part 3a. On the other hand, an annular collar is arranged on the upper outer periphery of the concave, and a gradient ring 10 having gradient projecting parts 10a with an inclined surface which is gradient downward in the rotating direction of a mantle 7 on the lower surface, allowed to protrude in a peripheral direction, is attached to the lower surface of the annular collar 7a of the concave 7 in one piece. Further, the tip of the support lever 8 is allowed to engage itself with the lower surface of the gradient projecting part 10a. Thus the concave 7 is retained in the concave support part 3b of the upper barrel 3.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a spherical thrust bearing and an eccentric bearing due to the excess feeding or partial feeding of raw ore to a cone crusher. CONSTITUTION:Line pressures of lube oil fed into plural oil jet holes A1-A5 of a spherical trust bearing 54 of a cone crusher 50 through lines each connected to the holes are detected by pressure sensors S1-S5, respectively. The maximum value or average value of all outputs showing the lube oil line pressure from each pressure sensor in a prescribed period of time is compared with the predetermined set value by an arithmetic judgement processor 10. Consequently, since it is detected that the cone crusher is operated in an operated in an overload state, a command or a warning for decreasing the feed quantity of the raw ore to the cone crusher is issued. And the fluctuated state of the lube oil line pressure for each oil jet hole of the spherical thrust bearing is analyzed to detect that the cone crusher is operated with the raw ore being partially fed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To surely lubricate bearings for supporting an input shaft of a cone crusher regardless of the supply rate of lubricating oil. 摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the assembling work of a cone crusher and the oil leakage treating work of an oil path for feeding a lubricating oil to a thrust bearing. CONSTITUTION:An oil hole 8a provided on the supporting part 1a of a lower barrel and interlocked with an oil jet hole 7a provided on a thrust bearing 7 is made open to the outer periphery of the support part 1a. A block coupling 9 is stuck to an opening H through a seal ring S to make it communicate with one side of an oil path and simultaneously the end of an oil pipe 10 passing through the gear box part 1b of the lower shell upwards from the outer space 1c side of the gear box part 1b is screwed into the other side of the oil path. Consequently since there is no danger of the seal ring S which is engaged between the gear box part 1b and the support part 1a, the assembling of the gear box part 1b and the support part 1a is easily performed and the oil leakage in the oil path 8 is prevented by just removing the upper shell and replacing the seal ring S.
