摘要： PURPOSE: To enhance the radio wave absorbing efficiency by forming a wave reflecting body in such a structure that the first to third CFRC(carbon fiber reinforced concrete) plate whose complex dielectric constants lessen bit by bit toward the outside, a resistance film, and a finishing material are laminated on the outside of a steel frame in the sequence as named from the inside. CONSTITUTION: An electric wave reflecting body 2, the first CFRC plate 3, second CFRC plate 4, third CFRC plate 5 in multiple layers, a resistance film 6, and finishing material F are laminated on the outside of a steel frame or rib 1 for reinforcement in the sequence as named from the inside so that a flat shape is obtained, wherein the CFRC plates 3, 4, 5 contain ferrite powder. etc., and have complex dielectric constants lessening bit by bit toward the outside. The VHF television waves are absorbed in good performance by combining CFRC plates of appropriate complex dielectric constants and complex magnetic permeabilities with a resistance film 6 having an appropriate resistance value in such a way that a stratified structure is embodied.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make strength higher to handle easily and to improve wave absorbing characteristics by coating both or one side of the surface of carbon fiber paper with a resin. SOLUTION: Various kinds of methods are available to coat both or one side of the surface of carbon fiber paper with a resin. For example, when both sides of the surface of carbon fiber paper, there is a method of impregnating carbon fiber paper with a thermosetting resin to harden it. In this case, if liquid in which the thermosetting resin is diluted with solvent is used, the impregnation with the carbon fiber paper can be facilitated. If the liquid diluted with the solvent is used, it is preferable that the solvent is heated and removed before hardening the resin. By this method, a resistant film has proper strength and rigidity and is excellent in handling and working properties while it is light in weight. If the resistant film is buried in a dielectric body such as concrete or an epoxy resin in a wave absorbing body, it is not affected by the characteristic of the dielectric body and its electric characteristic is held.

In this case, for preventing invasion of water content, the joint of the surface finishing material 10 is covered with seal material. At building the wall, hardware for fixing finishing material is fitted to the back of the surface finishing material 10 and covered with back treatment material, the resistance film 6 is laid and resin mortar is applied, and the dielectric layer 12 is formed. Thereafter the reflecting body 14 and the structural reinforcement 15 are buried, and the concrete part 13 is placed. Hereby, electric wave can be surely prevented from being reflected.

摘要： PURPOSE: To measure a reflection loss accurately by making a radio wave reflecting material absent on the rear side of a test body, and by preventing reflection of a radio wave on a floor surface by a radio wave absorbing floor. CONSTITUTION: A floor 2 of a ferrite tile being a radio wave absorbing material is laid on the rooftop 1 and transmission and reception antennas 3 and 4 are juxtaposed on one side of the floor 2 in parallel therewith. On the other side of the floor 2, a moving device 5 is so provided as to be movable to and from the two antennas in the range of a distance D, e.g. 2m. A frame-shaped holder 6 for mounting a test body is provided upright on this device 5. The test body P of a thickness about 10mm, such as a curtain wall, is mounted on the front of pillars and beams of the holder 6, while no radio wave reflecting material is placed on the rear side thereof, and a radio wave absorber 12 is fitted to the front of the device 5. The two antennas being fixed at the same height as the center of the test body P, a weak radio wave is transmitted 3 and made to hit against the test body P and it is measured 4 while the position of the test body P is varied by moving 5 it. Since there is no radio wave reflecting material on the rear side of the test body P and reflection of the radio wave on a floor surface is prevented by the floor 2 on the occasion, a reflection loss can be measured accurately.

New antennas 18, 19 are lifted up through the elevation passage 14 so as to be installed to the top of the new steel tower 12.
