摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise in the air at the load pick up place of a truck, not requiring a hang change by providing a gate shape framework for running on a rail in a shape striding the load pick up space of a truck and providing a hang up device on the horizontal beam of the gate shape framework. SOLUTION: By bringing up the one end of a member M placed horizontally on a truck carried by the truck T by a hoisting device 6 and hanging up the other end by a tower crane K, this device can be raised in the air. The gate shape framework 1 is moved horizontally in an arrow mark direction on a rail 5, following to the hanging up by the tower crane K so as to prevent an unreasonable lateral force. The hoisting device 6 provided on the gate shape framework 1 is supported to the horizontal beam 3 and laterally moved by a lateral running device 7 and coped with the adjustment by the stop position of the truck T and the case loaded plural members M. The raising device of the member by this gate shape framework can be utilized to the other load pick up device during the use of the tower crane and a horizontally moving device.
