摘要： Provided are a method and a device for permanently erasing data of an optical disk in an optical disk drive including an optical disk emulation. According to the method, an erase command of data recorded on an optical disk is received and it is determined whether the optical disk is a rewritable optical disk or not. Then, an output power of a laser to be projected is raised when the optical disk is the rewritable optical disk and then the data recorded on the optical disk are erased through an output power of the laser. Furthermore, the optical disk drive includes an optical disk storage unit, a contents memory unit, a disk type determination unit, a laser power adjustor, a pick-up unit, and a controller.

摘要： The vacuum thermal insulation material of the present invention comprises: a core material part which is hermetically sealed under reduced pressure; a getter part which is provided on one side in the middle of the core part; and an outer skin material part which surrounds the core material part and is hermetically sealed. In the getter part, a getter material, comprising a mixture of a hygroscopic material and a gas-adsorbing material, is packed in the form of a nonwoven fabric. In the vacuum thermal insulation material of the present invention, the hygroscopic material is any one of calcium oxide, calcium chloride, zeolite, silica gel, alumina and activated carbon, while the gas-adsorbing material is an oxygen-adsorbing material comprising a Fe based compound; and the hygroscopic material and the gas-adsorbing material are mixed in a ratio of between 20:1 and 200:1.

摘要： Plastic conductive particles having an outer diameter of 2.5 μm˜1 mm obtained by sequentially plating a 0.1˜10 μm thick metal plating layer and a 1˜100 μm thick Pb solder layer or a Pb-free solder layer on plastic core beads having a high elastic modulus of compression, and a method of manufacturing thereof. The method of manufacturing the plastic conductive particles includes preparing plastic core beads having excellent thermal properties and a high elastic modulus of compression, etching surfaces of the plastic core beads for surface treatment thereof, forming a metal plating layer via electroless plating to improve adhesion between the bead surface and the metal plating layer, and then forming a solder layer such that a sealed hexagonal barrel is immersed in an electroplating solution and then an electroplating process is conducted using a mesh barrel rotating 360° at 6˜10 rpm or a mesh barrel having a structure in which one surface of a conventional sealed hexagonal barrel is open, and rotating 200° in right and left directions at 1˜5 rpm, to manufacture plastic conductive particles having a size of 1 mm or less. The plastic conductive particles of this invention enable the maintenance of packaging gaps, and thus can be applied to IC packaging, LCD packaging and other conductive materials.

In the method, eccentricity amounts according to a phase of the optical disc is detected and estimating correction amounts for each phase suitable for suppressing each of the eccentricity amount according to the phase. The estimating correction amount for each phase is added to a tracking control signal responding to a tracking error, thereby performing a tracking control quickly and accurately.

摘要： An optical pickup unit, an apparatus for recording/reproducing data, a control method, and a recording medium are disclosed. Each of the optical pickup unit and the recording/reproducing apparatus includes a near-field lens, and uses a high-refraction lens, conically shaped, to effectively use the near-field. Two lens units are required to be compatible with a conventional recording medium. The lens unit is designed in consideration of a distance between the recording medium and the lens, and the tilt or vibration of the lens units is controlled.
