    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven type actuator exhibiting improved reliability of a stopper regardless of a space restriction condition to the stopper.
      SOLUTION: The actuator is provided with a worm wheel attached to an end of an output rotating shaft, a bearing for supporting rotation of the output rotating shaft, a body having a space for housing the worm wheel, a worm gear meshed with the worm wheel, a motor for giving rotational force to the worm gear, and the stopper for regulating a turning region of the worm wheel. The stopper of the actuator is made of a resin material, and is provided with two regulating surfaces in correspondence with a turning regulation angle, and has an air hole exhibiting the damping effect between the regulating surfaces. Thus, the requirement such as reduction of the load to a gear tooth flank or increase of impact energy to the stopper can be coped with, desired torsional rigidity can be set, and reliability of the stopper is improved.

      SOLUTION: Two pieces of flanged slide bearings are arranged for bearings on an output rotating shaft 8a. Hereby, the bearing length of an output rotating shaft 8a can be taken large within the possible range in layout, in short the fall of a worm wheel 8 arranged integrally with the output rotating shaft 8a can be minimized, and the output transmission efficiency of the worm gear can be kept high. Hereby, the output efficiency of a motor actuator can be improved.

When applied to an electronically controlled throttle valve control device, the device is designed such that an engine rotational speed changes 20 rpm for each incremental throttle valve opening of 0.10 in a low throttle valve opening area, thereby eliminating an idle control by an ISC valve.

SOLUTION: A branch part 3 is firmly fastened to a cylindrical pipe 6 by using a fastening bolt 11 so as to prevent a curved part of the branch part 3 from being deformed. A spacer 15 having a stiffness which is higher than that of rubber or the like is interposed between the branch part 3 and the cylindrical pipe 6, and the outer periphery of the spacer 15 is sealed by means of a connecting member 19 made of rubber, and a fastener 10 for fastening the outside of the connecting member 9. Even though the branch part 3 is firmly fastened to the cylinder pipe 6 by the fastening bolt 11, an exhaust passage can be ensured by a clearance defined by the spacer 15, and by adjusting the fastening force of the fastener 10 so as to swell the connection part 9, air leaks below the pressure resistance strength of an intake manifold, thereby it is possible to prevent breakage of the intake manifold.

SOLUTION: This valuable intake air length intake manifold for the internal combustion engine comprises a first capacity chamber which is disposed on a downstream side of a throttle valve for controlling the flow rate of intake air passing through an air cleaner, a first independent intake air passages which are branched from the first capacity chamber and guide the air in the first capacity chamber to respective cylinders, a second independent intake air passages which join and communicate with the respective first independent intake air passages provided for each cylinder, and a second capacity chamber which is communicated with all the second independent intake air passages, and the valve body which is provided in the second independent intake air passages for communicating and cutting off the second capacity chamber with the first independent intake air passages. The first independent intake air passages and the first capacity chamber for the intake manifold are formed out of a plurality of synthetic resin form members, and the second independent intake air passages part which surrounds the valve body is formed out of a different synthetic resin form member from the synthetic resin form member which forms the first capacity chamber and the first independent intake air passages.
