摘要： PURPOSE:To operate a parallel feedback type amplifier by a single power supply by inserting a bias circuit causing a prescribed voltage drop between a source of an input stage FET whose gate is biased by a feedback resistor and a power supply. CONSTITUTION:A signal inputted from a terminal Vin is amplified by an inverse amplifier comprising an input stage FETQ1 and a load resistor RL and outputted from a source follower FETQ2 and an output stage source follower FETQ4 receiving current supply by a current supply circuit 3. In this case, the signal is fed back negatively to a gate of the input stage FETQ1 via level shift diodes D1-Dn and a feedback resistor RF and the input stage FETQ1 is biased. Since the source voltage of a 1st stage FET is biased by the diodes, the parallel feedback type amplifier is operated by a single power supply.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transmission speed converter by which the transmission speed of a compressed image signal is converted in accordance with an output band so as to conduct efficient multiplexing. SOLUTION: A converter has a process that applied re-quantization and processing to DCT coefficients, a selection control process that selects more efficient information reduction method from an input transmission speed and an output transmission speed, and a process where a difference between a received signal and a signal after the conversion is obtained to conduct motion compensation and inter-frame/field predict coding so as to realize highly efficient transmission speed conversion (85-87). Furthermore, the converter realizes most suitable transmission speed conversion (85-87) by selecting an efficient coefficient processing mode in the coefficient processing process. Thus, in the case of converting the transmission speed of a compressed image signal, efficient speed conversion with less image quality deterioration is realized. Moreover, a prediction error by re-quantization and coefficient processing is not stored because coding is conducted while correcting a current image with a predicted image and a correct decoding operation in an image decoder is expected.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily search for an object disk by providing a power transmitting means and a noncontacting communication function and transmitting and receiv ing the data information recorded in the control circuit of a recording medium between the recording and reproducing device and the recording medium. SOLUTION: A control circuit is buried in an optical disk recording medium, data are recorded on the disk, power is transmitted to the circuit from a power transmitting section 15 and data information is recorded in the storage element in the circuit. If the recording medium having desired data is to be retrieved and a retrieving mode instruction is outputted from a personal computer 2, a CPU 11 of an optical disk recording and reproducing device 1 receives the instruction and transmits power to the circuit from the section 15 and a data transmitting and receiving section 14 transmits information request signals. If the optical disk is placed closer to the device 1 under this condition, the information related to the data is transmitted, received by the section 14, transmitted to the computer 2 and displayed on a CRT 3. Thus, by only placing the disk closer to the device 1, the desired optical disk recording medium is easily searched.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to view a recorded program any time, quickly search a program to be viewed and automatically store the program to be viewed by storing plural video information by time-division multiplex processing and outputting plural optional stored video information in real time. SOLUTION: An information storage part 102 is constituted of one or more storage means to record/reproduce video data. An information input part 103 executes data conversion including the compression of input information and so on. An information output part 104 executes data conversion including the extension of information, information output and so on. A data bus 105 transfers control data outputted from a control part 101, video information, retrieving information, and so on. The data transfer speed of the data bus 105 is higher than the sum of data transfer speeds of video information to be simultaneously recorded/reproduced and the sum of data transfer speeds of the information storage part 102. Consequently time free viewing enabling a user to view a recorded program any time required to be viewed is attained.

SOLUTION: Information are recorded on a recording medium by dividing the information into plural data blocks and providing gap parts 2 in which data are not present in between respective data blocks. At this time, sizes of respective gaps are made larger than the product between a time from the information recording and reproducing device completes the recording of data block just before a gap part until the device receiver an instruction recording a next data block and the sequential effective data transfer rate of the device. Thus, the effective data transfer rate is maintained high without using a writeback cache function.

When the information is recorded in division in a plurality of optical discs, the re-edition process is started. MPU 3 controls DIR and FAT of all optical discs to easily judge a size of the vacant area of the optical disc 6-1 and the amount of compressed information divided in the optical disc 6-2. As the result, adequacy of re-edition can be judged only with the vacant area of the optical disc 6-1.

摘要： PURPOSE:To utilize correlation among picture elements within a screen and among the screens even near the boundary of areas, to prevent the degradation of encoding efficiency compared with a single encoder and to disperse picture quality degradation by a large information amount by providing overlapping area parts in respective small encoders and making a generated information amount be informed. CONSTITUTION:Inputted picture signals 805 are encoded and codes 806 are outputted in the small encoders 1101 and the screens used for an encoding processing are held in two kinds of memories. One is the memory for storing encoded pictures and is made to correspond to the processing areas of the respective small encoders and the other one is the memory for storing reference pictures and is made to correspond to the area overlapping with the adjacent area which is made wider than the processing areas of the respective small encoders. The memories are provided inside the encoders 1101 similarly to a conventional case, a reference memory is provided inside a shared memory circuit 1102 and access from the encoders 1101 to the circuit 1102 is performed by signals 1103 and 1104.
