These films 3 and 6 form jointly an inter-layer insulating film 7. Consequently, a pin hole 5 is buried by applying an organic material abounding in fluidity in a forming process for the film 6 even when the pin hole 5 remains in the film 3. Accordingly, a short circuit between the conductor 2 and the conductor 4 is removed, and the characteristics of elements are stabilized while reliability to a high humidity or corrosive atmosphere is also improved.

The above-described operation is repeated until the error from the aimed value becomes within a prescribed value.

The side wall 6 is shaped at the side surface of the die 21 and the ponch 27. In this case, the pad 22 is in contacted with the stopper 32 and since there is a gap of about 0.3mm between the curved surface shaping sections 21a and 22a, the raw material is rationally shaped with the subsurface ponch 27. Thus, no partial elongation and wrinkles are caused to the apperture, and unevenness of brightness and color shift and uneven color can not be caused.
