    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove contaminants inside waste products in a waste disposal plant or inside contaminated soil and to uniformly stabilize the waste product or the contaminated soil in an early stage. SOLUTION: In the purification method of the purification system of the contaminants, water or air forcibly fed from an injection hole 11 moves inside the waste product 8 while including the contaminants inside the waste product and is purified through a trapping body installation hole 10 and the components of infiltrating water and gas flowing into an observation hole 16 drilled around the trapping body installation hole 10 are monitored. The hole bottom of the observation hole 16 is dug so as to be slightly deeper than a water discharge pipe 24 laid at the bottom part of the waste disposal plant and the infiltrating water which flows into the observation hole 16 is stored at the hole bottom of the observation hole 16. The infiltrating water exceeding storage capacity overflows, flows out to the water discharge pipe 24 and is discharged. The component analysis result of the infiltrating water and gas is monitored in a ground monitoring room and fed back to the amount of the water or the air to be injected from the injection hole 11.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize waste uniformly in early stages by keeping the air permeability and water permeability of a disposal site and preparing the environment suitable for inhabitation of a microbe.
      SOLUTION: A bottom leachate collection drainage ditch 1 is prepared by covering the concavely-dug hardpan 2 of the disposal site with a water barrier sheet 3 and a nonwoven fabric 4, laying a protecting material 5 such as sand and gravel on the nonwoven fabric 4, installing a perforated pipe 6 and forming a perforated pipe 6-surrounded layer from a surrounding member 7b formed by sticking a plurality of spherical materials 7a consisting of an expanded resin to one another. Since the surrounding member 7b has a gap 8 among the adjacent spherical materials 7a and the gaps 8 communicate with one another in a three-dimensional form, the surrounding member 7b exhibits functions of smoothing drainage and permeating air and water to supply oxygen and water to the microbe. Since the surrounding member 7b is made to have 40-50% porosity, the functions of smoothing drainage and permeating air can be kept stably over a long period of time.
