摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily achieve capacity enlargement by suppressing damage to sheet-like electrodes when connecting the sheet-like electrodes and making it possible to laminate an arbitrary number of sheet-like electrodes.SOLUTION: One sheet-like electrode flux 11A is placed on an electrode lead 3a, a plurality of metal foils 11P are placed on the upper part of the sheet-like electrode flux 11A, these are collectively ultrasonic-welded, the other sheet-like electrode flux 11B is placed on the welded sheet-like electrode flux 11A and metal foils 11P, a plurality of metal foils 11P are placed on the other sheet-like electrode flux 11B, and these are ultrasonic-welded to laminate the desired number of sheet-like electrode layers through the metal foils 11P, and an inner electrode pair 1 and the electrode lead 3a integrally connected to the inner electrode pair 1 are stored in a bag-shaped external capsule 2 together with an electrolyte 5 in a sealed state so that the tip of the electrode lead 3 is projected to the external airtightly through the bag-shaped external capsule 2.

摘要： There is provided a simple-structured and inexpensive device for stacking a successive separator and sheet electrodes which can protect an end portion of a sheet electrode when folding the successive separator, and which enables smooth folding of the separator to improve the productivity. The device comprises a stacking stage 10 which adsorbs and holds a leading end of the tape-like separator S, and on which sheet electrodes P, N and the separator S are successively stacked, separator reciprocating means for reciprocating the tape-like separator S on the stacking stage 10 with the stacking stage 10 being as a center, and a folding guide member 20 which comes close/moves apart relative to the stacking stage 10, covers both side ends of the stacked sheet electrode P, N in the moving direction of the separator S, and guides folding of the separator S accompanied by a reciprocal movement of the separator S at both side ends of the sheet electrode.
