摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the dust removing efficiency of exhaust gas, by collecting dust by a dry method from the exhaust gas containing sulfur oxide, after passing through a gas-gas heat exchanger for the second time to highten the temperature, which is wet-desulfurized already, after passing through the above-mentioned gas-gas heat exchanger for one time. CONSTITUTION:The exhaust gas from a boiler 1 is introduced into a wet desulfurization unit 6, passing through a gas-gas heat exchanger 4 and a fan 5, after heat-recovered by an air preheater 2, and dust-collected by an electric dust collector 3. In this unit 6, desulfurization and dust collection are performed at the same time by a scrubber method, and then, the gas is discharged from a flue 7 into the open air by the intermediary of a dry dust collector 8, after it is heated by a heat exchanger 4. As mentioned above, by providing a dust collector 8, the dust still remaining and not yet desulfurized in a heat exchanger 4 can be collected.

摘要： PURPOSE:To absorb the noxious component of the gas into the liquid medicine for cleaning the gas, by introducing the gas containing the noxious component to be treated into the vertical type absorbing vessel, so as to contact in the counter current manner with the spherical packings on whose surface the liquid medicine is adhering. CONSTITUTION:Many spherical packings 9 are packed in the vertical type absorbing vessel 1, and the liquid medicine is scattered from upside so as to adhere on the surface of packings and also flow down in the vessel 1. The gas containing such noxious component as hydrogen chloride, etc., is introduced from the inlet port 2 into the vessel 1. The noxious component reacts on the liquid medicine, and the reaction product is formed on the surface of the packings 9. This product is peeled off by the stirrer 6, and the cleaned packings 9 are lifted up by the screw conveyer 11 so as to return to the upper zone of the vessel 1. The rake 4 is attached to the same axis 5 as the shaft of the screw conveyer 11, for uniformly raking the surface of the packings 9; hereby, the liquid medicine uniformly adheres on the surface of packings 9, so that the removal of the noxious component of the gas is made efficient.

摘要： PURPOSE:Changeable filler layer is maintained at a constant level by providing a level detector in the absorption container, and controlling the constant quantity feeder and screw conveyor. CONSTITUTION:A filler level detector 14 is provided between the normal operational position of filler layer 16 and the rotary-type constant quantity filler feeder 12. Acidic gas to be treated by the filler material is fed from the gas inlet 2, passed through the reaction zone 8 and discharged from the outlet 3. The filler, being controlled by the feeder 12, falls from the narrow opening of the hopper 10. the reaction product deposited on the surface of filler is scraped off with the scraper 6. Meanwhile, the level detector 14 detects the filler level, and signal from which is sent to the controller unit 17 to control the feeder 12, and the driving unit 15 of the screw conveyor 17, either accelerating or decelerating it to maintain the constant filler level.
