摘要： The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a mask plate, the display substrate comprising a plurality of sub display substrates, each of the sub display substrates comprising a plurality of pixel units, each pixel unit comprising a pixel electrode, a common electrode and a source-drain channel, wherein, from the center of the display substrate to the edge of the display substrate, the plurality of sub display substrates are arranged from large to small according to the overlapping area of the pixel electrode and the common electrode and/or the plurality of sub display substrates are arranged from small to large according to the width to length ratio of the source-drain channel of the sub display substrate. The present disclosure can avoid electrical badness of the sub display substrates located at the edges.

摘要： Disclosed is a display device, an array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same. The array substrate comprises a first transparent electrode layer, an insulating layer and a second transparent electrode layer disposed sequentially in a transmission direction of light, the second transparent electrode layer including a plurality of strip electrodes spaced apart from each other. At least one of edges of two adjacent strip electrodes facing to each other and a portion of the first transparent electrode layer corresponding to a space formed between the two adjacent strip electrodes is formed with a protruding part protruding in the transmission direction so that a fringe electrical field formed by the edge of each of the strip electrodes and the first transparent electrode layer is shifted towards an edge side of the strip electrode. The present invention may limit an action rang of each of the fringing electrical fields of the each strip electrode and the first transparent electrode effectively. Even if a slight shift is occurred during an assembling operation of a color filter substrate and the array substrate, the adjacent sub-pixel unit will not be affected, so as to reduce the phenomenon of color mixing of the two adjacent sub-pixel units effectively.

The color filter substrate comprises a color filter layer which comprises color filter units with at least two colors and distributed in the form of a matrix, and a black matrix is arranged between two adjacent color filter units; the color filter substrate further comprises: light-shielding bulges located at a part of the area of the black matrix and facing towards an incident light direction, for preventing the occurrence of the color mixture among the color filter units with different colors.

摘要： Disclosed is a display device, an array substrate and a method for manufacturing the same. 摘要： A thin film transistor array substrate includes a base substrate and a thin film transistor, a second insulation layer, a first electrode and a second electrode formed on the base substrate. The first electrode and the second electrode are used to form an electric field, and the second insulation layer is interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The second electrode is a comb-like electrode, and located at a side of the second insulation layer away from the base substrate. The array substrate further includes protrusion structure located at a side of the first electrode close to the base substrate, the position of the protrusion structure corresponds to the slit portions of the comb-like electrode. A manufacturing method of a thin film transistor array substrate and a display device are further provided.

摘要： The present invention relates to the field of display technology, and more particularly, to a flexible liquid crystal panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The flexible liquid crystal panel comprises a color filter substrate, an array substrate and a liquid crystal layer which is interposed between the color filter substrate and the array substrate. The color filter substrate includes a color filter layer which has a plurality of sub-filter elements. The liquid crystal layer comprises a plurality of separated liquid crystal boxes which are defined by sealing frames, and each of the liquid crystal boxes is arranged in correspondence with at least one sub-filter element. The sealing frames form the frames of the crystal boxes. In present invention, a plurality of separated liquid crystal boxes are provided in the liquid crystal layer, each of the liquid crystal is arranged in correspondence with at least one sub-filter element, such that the liquid crystal panel can display correctly when being bent, which solves the problem of interfere between the sub-pixels when a flexible displaying a performed and improves the display effect of the flexible liquid crystal panel.
