    • PURPOSE: A hydraulics testing device for the head loss of a filter and a test method thereof are provided to improve the reliability of evaluation results by securing similar environment to the shape of a water collecting bath in which a real filter is installed. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulics testing device for the head loss of a filter includes a circulating pipe(112), a introducing bath(110), a water bath(120), a detachable intermediate blocking unit(121), sensors, a circulating pump(130), a flow meter(140), a circulation heater(150), and a data acquisition part. The circulating pipe circulates operating fluid. The introducing bath temporarily stores operating fluid which is supplied through the circulating pipe. The operating fluid stored in the introducing bath is stored in the water bath through a distributing part(111). The operating fluid id discharged to the circulating pipe through a filter(126). The intermediate blocking unit is transversally arranged to a part of the water bath. The intermediate blocking unit primarily filters impurities through the introducing part. The sensors detect the pressure change and the temperature change of the operating fluid. The circulating heater heats the operating fluid. The data acquisition part stores data from the sensors.
