摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implantable medicament delivery chamber for subcutaneous implant by incision into a body. SOLUTION: This chamber contains a medicament storage container (15), an exterior covering (17) having a base partition (19) and a side partition (21), a storage container access zone, and a medicament diffusion duct (27). This invention provides the outline of the base partition being a rough triangle; the exterior covering (17) tapering toward a direction (Y); the end section (27a) of the diffusion duct extending as it traverses the tapering direction, preferably, orthogonally. Problems of conventional types are solved by combining an outlet duct, whose direction is decided in order to connect a catheter and the duct easily and quickly, with the form of a certain lateral aspect making the chamber difficult to rotate itself, during which trauma injury is being reduced.
