The polymer includes a repeating unit derived from at least one of sulfo group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer, phosphonooxy group-containing ethylenically unsaturated monomer, and the salt of the same such as compounds represented by chemical formulas 1 to 4. The copolymerization ratio of the repeating unit in the polymer is in a range between 1 and 30 mass%.
