    • A filter and a display device having the same are provided to reduce double images by attaching directly the filter on a front portion of a display panel. A filter includes a base film(13) and plural first color patterns(11). The plural first color patterns are disposed constantly by elongating a direction with a stripe shape on a surface of the base film. A width of the first color patterns and a distance between the first color patterns are identical to each other. The width of the first color patterns is in a range of 5 mum to 50 mum with respect to a surface of the first color patterns. Thickness of the first color patterns is in a range of 1mum to 200 mum with respect to a surface of the first color patterns. A ratio of width on the thickness is in 0.025 to 50 with respect to a surface of the first color patterns.

    • PURPOSE: A plasma display device is provided to effectively shield the electromagnetic wave generated from the plasma display device, while achieving improved contrast by forming a conductive pattern having a fine pattern corresponding to the position of the black matrix. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display device comprises a panel assembly and a conductive film(25). The panel assembly includes a front glass substrate(31); a rear glass substrate(32) coupled to the front glass substrate so as to form a discharge space; barrier ribs(37) interposed between the front glass substrate and the rear glass substrate, and which divide the discharge space; electrodes(33X,33Y) formed at the inner surface of the front glass substrate, and an address(33A) formed at the inner surface of the rear glass substrate, and which cause a plasma display; and black matrices(30) formed into a predetermined pattern at the inner surface of the front glass substrate. The conductive film is formed into a mesh type pattern at the outer surface of the front glass substrate, and shields electromagnetic wave.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are a transparent conductive film which has lower surface resistivity than that of existing transparent conductive film, and thus has electromagnetic blocking and antistatic effects, and excellent film strength and antireflection effect, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The transparent conductive film comprises a substrate; a binder layer comprising a polymer of a silane compound having functional group selected from the group consisting of amino group, mercapto group, and phosphino group, which is formed on the substrate; a conductive layer comprising metal, which is formed on the binder layer; and a transparent layer having lower refraction index than that of the conductive layer, which is formed on the conductive layer. The polymer is a homopolymer which is formed by polymerizing a monomer of formula 1. In the formula 1, R represents an alkyl group, phenyl group or alkenyl group of C1-C14, x is an integer of 1-3, y is an integer of 1-3, R1 represents an alkyl group, phenyl group, or alkenyl group of C1-C14, which is substituted with at least one Z, Z is amino group, mercapto group, or phosphino group, and R' is an alkyl group, phenyl group or alkenyl group of C1-C14.
