    • PURPOSE: An environment-friendly low carbon binder which is grafted with metallic salt-based reactive compound and a concrete composition using thereof are provided to reduce hydration heat followed by use of reaction accelerator and to improve mobility and durability. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly low carbon binder which is grafted with metallic salt-based reactive compound comprises 1-5 parts by weight of reactive compound and 1-3 parts by weight of acetate based compound based on 100.0 parts by weight of binder. The binder comprises 10-40 parts by weight of cement and 60-90 weight% of blending material. The blending material is one or more which are selected from fly ash and blast furnace slag. The reactive compound is one or more which are selected from magnesium salt based compound, lithium salt based compound, and sodium salt based compound. The cement is a first OPC(ordinary Portland cement). The magnesium salt based compound is MgCl2·6H2O. The lithium salt based compound is LiNO3·3H2O. The sodium salt based compound is Na2S2O3·5H2O. The acetate based compound is CH3COONa·3H2O.

    • PURPOSE: A membrane curing agent with a concrete surface enhancement function is provided to prevent water evaporation by a water soluble polymer emulsion, and to reinforce surface intensity by the complementary action of silicate and fluosilicate. CONSTITUTION: A membrane curing agent with a concrete surface enhancement function comprises a polymer emulsion, silicate, fluosilicate, a curing accelerator, and a surfactant. The membrane curing agent contains 10-100.0 parts of mixture by weight containing the silicate and the fluosilicate, 0.5-3 parts of curing accelerator by weight, and 0.1-1 part of surfactant by weight for 100.0 parts of polymer emulsion by weight. The weight ratio of the silicate and the fluosilicate is 5-15:2-4. The polymer emulsion is composed of a mixture with one or more than two compounds selected from an acrylic resin emulsion, a paraffin emulsion, a latex polymer emulsion, and a polyvinyl resin emulsion. The fluosilicate is composed of a mixture with one of more compounds selected from zinc fluosilicate, copper silicofluoride, magnesium silicofluoride, nickel silicofluoride, lithium silicofluoride, iron silicofluoride, and cobalt silicofluoride.

    • PURPOSE: A durability enhanced concrete composition is provided to prevent the decline of the initial strength by maintaining the hydration reaction through partially substituting sand with waste quartz glass micropowder, and by mixing with a chromate additive and/or an amine additive as an admixture. CONSTITUTION: A durability enhanced concrete composition comprises coarse aggregate, sand, cement, and water. The sand is substituted with waste quartz glass micropowder. The sand and the waste quartz glass micropowder are mixed in a weight ratio of 3:7-7:3. A chromate additive is mixed with the mixture of the sand and the waste quartz glass micropowder as an admixture. 1-7 parts by weight of chromate additive are mixed with 100.0 parts by weight of cement. An amine additive is additionally mixed as the admixture. 1-5 parts by weight of amine additive are mixed with 100.0 parts by weight of cement. The waste quartz glass micropowder has the specific gravity of 2-3, the particle size of 1um-5mm, and the aspect ratio of 1.0-3.0.
