    • PURPOSE: An urethane-based compound and its preparation method are provided, to improve adhesive strength, durability and washing resistance and to prevent the deterioration of texture of fiber when the urethane-based compound is applied to a cellulose-based fiber. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the step of reacting the compound of the formula: OCN-R2-NCO, the compound of the formula: R1=NOH, and the compound of the formula CH2=CR4R3OH to prepare the urethane-based compound represented by the formula I, wherein R1 is CnH2n or CnH(2n-2)O(wherein n is 1-10); R2 is a hydrocarbon group of C2-C14; R3 is COO(CH2)n(wherein n is 1-4), (CH2)n(wherein n is 0-4) or (CH2)nCO(wherein n is 0-4); and R4 is H or CnH(2n+1)(wherein n is 1-4). Preferably the reaction is carried out in a reactor charged with nitrogen at a temperature of 40-80 deg.C and under an atmospheric pressure for 2-5 hours.

    • PURPOSE: A durable non-chlorine type fluorine-based water and oil repellent agent and its preparation method are provided to improve the stability of the resulted copolymer composition by using alkylisocyanate blocked with oxime. CONSTITUTION: The durable non-chlorine type fluorine-based water and oil repellent agent is prepared by carrying out emulsion polymerization of a (meth)acrylate monomer having at least one polyfluoro alkyl group and an alkylisocyanate having double bonds which can be copolymerizable with the (meth)acrylate monomer having at least one polyfluoro alkyl group or each of the monomer blocked with oximes such as 2-butanone oxime, alcohols such as methanol, ethanol and the like, caprolactam and cyclohexanone, in an aqueous solution containing an organic solvent.

CONSTITUTION: The solvent-free water-dispersible fluorine-based emulsion-type water/oil repellent coating solution is produced by an emulsion polymerization using a vinyl-based monomer containing perfluoroalkyl, a non-fluorine-based vinyl monomer, a radical initiator, a hydrocarbon-based surfactant, and a perfluoroalkyl containing nonionic fluorine-based surfactant(formula 1: C(I)F(2I+1)C2H4O(CH2CH2O)kH) as an emulsifier, wherein the perfluoroalkyl containing nonionic fluorine-based surfactant(formula 1) has a concentration of 0.001-5%. In the formula, l is an integer of 3-21 and k is an integer of 5-40.
