摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smell measuring apparatus capable of measuring a low- concentration smell substance being in a measuring object in a short time with high precision. SOLUTION: An apparatus for measuring the smell of a gas to be supplied to its smell sensor 1 and measured, has a means 8 for adjusting the amount of steam in the gas to be measured. Furthermore, in a stage prior to the amount-of-steam adjusting means 8, a means 6 for generating a gas to be measured by giving external energy to a substance 3 to be measured, and a means for causing an adsorbing agent to adsorb the smell substance in the substance 3 to be measured, desorbing the smell substance after that, and obtaining a concentrated gas to be measured, are provided. Besides, the apparatus is so constituted as to emit an ultrasonic wave on the substance 3 to be measured and to generate a gas to be measured, and the temperature of the substance 3 to be measured is controlled in time of the irradiation with the ultrasonic wave, and a plurality of ultrasonic waves of different wavelengths or outputs are emitted. Besides, a gas to be measured is obtained by encapsulating and sealing a solution to be measured in a container leaving a gas housing part behind in the container, circulating the solution inhaling the gas and expelling the smell substance into the gas.
