    • The present invention relates to a complex eyepiece, capable of detecting an image by a photographing device while observing the image with the naked eye, comprising a beam splitter which is arranged in the side of an object lens system, a complex lens system for macroscopic observation and a macro lens system for imaging to the photographing device. The beam splitter transmits the image in the object lens system to the macro lens system and the complex lens system, and an image in a small image display device is also transmitted to the macro lens system and the complex lens system if the small image display device for displaying an external image is arranged in the lower end of the beam splitter, thereby allowing a user to observe the image in the small image display device as well as the image in the object lens system with the naked eye and detecting the image by the photographing device.

    • PURPOSE: A 3D optical scanning device and a method are provided to regularly compensate delay time regardless of temperature variations and to correct time errors caused by an intensity difference of reflected lights in short time depending on a reflecting rate different per each spot of a target. CONSTITUTION: A 3D optical scanning device comprises a light source(110), a light transmission lens(120), a first beam splitter(130), a transmission reflective mirror(140), a rotary reflective mirror(150), a receiving reflective mirror(210), a light receiving lens(220), an optical fiber for external path(230), a light signal generating unit(310), and a photo detector(320). A light transmission lens sets a divergent angle of lights emitted from a light source. The first beam splitter separates the lights penetrated through the light transmission lens into external lights being transmitted to a target and lights for internal reference signals. The transmission reflective mirror changes a path of lights transmitted from the first beam splitter to the target. The rotary reflective mirror sets a light emitting direction to scan the target while rotating in a vertical direction or horizontal direction and receives the lights reflected by the target. The receiving reflective mirror refracts the reflected lights refracted by the rotary reflective mirror. The optical receiving unit collects the reflected lights refracted by the receiving reflective mirror.
