    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plumb bob and its measuring holding fixture, acquirable and usable inexpensively and easily, requiring only a short time for stabilizing the plumb bob, requiring measurement of only one side of a support, and having improved work efficiency.
      SOLUTION: In this suspended plumb bob 3, at least one vertical plane 17 is formed on the outer peripheral face, and an elongation of a lowering string 2 is drawn on the vertical plane 17. This measuring holding fixture has a frame member 20 abutting on one side face h of the support H and allowing the plumb bob 3 to intervene therein. The frame member 20 is constituted by providing a first stop rod 25 capable of abutting on the vertical plane 17 by advancing or retreating in the parallel direction to the side face h, a second stop rod 27 capable of abutting on the vertical plane 17 by advancing or retreating in the rectangular direction to the side face h, and a measuring device 30 capable of measuring the distance from the side face h to the lowering string 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement-preventing apparatus for furniture/bed which prevents a person in the vicinity from getting injured by preventing pieces of furniture from moving on a floor surface even when a large shake occurs by earthquake.SOLUTION: The movement-preventing apparatus includes: a pressing metal fixture 1 on one end of which a receiving section 4 to be placed on the lower section of the indoor arranged article B is installed, and on the other end of which a fitting hole 5 is installed; and a bar-like hitting-in member 2 on the head section of which a flange-like protruding section 11 to be fitted in the fitting hole is installed, and for which a threaded hole 15 in the axial direction from the flange-like protruding section is installed. In this case, the fitting hole and the flange-like protruding section are formed into shapes by which the pressing metal fixture may not rotate along the installation surface with the fitting hole as the pivot when the flange-like protruding section is fitted in the fitting hole.
