    • There is provided a multi-shaft rotary creel where the degree of freedom for warping can be further improved as compared with the conventional single shaft rotary creel and occurrence of tension fluctuations can be prevented. There are further provided a sample warper and a warping method where warping can be performed efficiently by installing the multi-shaft rotary creel. The multi-shaft rotary creel comprises: a base body; a main shaft rotatably mounted on the base body so as to project forward, a plurality of supporting shafts rotatably mounted on a forward projecting portion of the main shaft; and a plurality of bobbins mountable on each of the supporting shafts, which is installed opposing to a sample warper with a plurality of yarn guides, and wherein, while the main shaft or each of the supporting shafts rotates in synchronism with rotation of the yarn guides, simultaneous warping of plural yarns by the main shaft or each of the supporting shafts can be performed.

    • With the automatic shedding mechanism according to this invention, the warping conditions are inputted by using the program setting unit 151. When it arrives at the predetermined position, the warping drum stops rotating. The closed reed 38 is operated to from lease, into which the lease rods 88 enter so as to maintain the lease and move upward to keep the lease. Next, the lease tape driving mechanism 94 is operated to have its movable unit 98 advance, so that the lease tapes T will be let off onto the warping drum 12 to the predetermined amount. Then the lease tapes go between the lease to maintain them. The above operation will be repeated for every band for the number of times according to the total number of the warping yarns and warping width. Therefore the shedding procedure will be continuously performed without cutting the warping yarns for each band. After the warping procedure, the lease cords are passed through the holes on the heddle hooks at the leading ends of the lease tapes. Then the lease tapes are retreated, thereby causing the lease cords to be inserted between the lease.

    • There is provided a sample warper with an idle running preventing mechanism of a yarn guide, wherein yarns are automatically exchanged and successively wound on the warper drum according to a preset yarn order by passing the yarns between the yarn guides and the yarn selection guides, and wherein, when a first yarn being wound on the warper drum by a first yarn guide is exchanged to a second yarn, after a yarn removing operation for removing the first yarn from the first yarn guide is finished, a yarn feeding operation for feeding the second yarn to a second yarn guide is performed while the empty first yarn guide makes one rotation. The sample warper can achieve such an advantage that an idle running time of a yarn guide when exchanging yarns can be reduced considerably and a speed of yarn exchanging is improved remarkably.

    • Provided are a sample warper and a warping method where data regarding yarn diameters of counts are preliminarily input and stored, counts of warping yarns as well as pattern data for warping are input, a conveyor belt feed pitch per revolution of a yarn introduction means is calculated with a warping width, the number of warping yarns, and a warping length (the number of warping windings), and the conveyor belt feed pitch per revolution of the yarn introduction means is controlled according to the counts (yarn thicknesses or yarn diameters). Accordingly, a surface of the yarns wound on a warper drum is finished in a flat state without undulation irrespective of the counts, thereby solving troubles in the next weaving step.

    • There is provided a direct-winding sample warper comprising: a warper drum; yarn winding means mounted on a circumferential surface of the warper drum so as to be rotatable circumferentially and movable longitudinally on the warper drum; a yarn selector provided in correspondence to the yarn winding means; and a plurality of parallel shedding means extending longitudinally and parallel each other on the side of the warper drum; wherein the yarn winding means is operable to directly wind at least one yarn, which is payed out from a creel on which bobbins are supported, around the circumferential surface of the warper drum. In the direct-winding sample warper, a yarn is wound directly on a warper drum by a yarn winding means without using a conveyer belt so that various inconveniences due to the conventional conveyer belt can be entirely eliminated.
