摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability by minimum constitution by providing a means, in which top and bottom cams are rotated simultaneously in response to the movement of an inside mounted lever and a dead bolt and a spring latch bolt are retracted when the dead bolt is in a locked position. SOLUTION: The main components of the interconnect mechanism is composed of a mounting plate 11 fixed onto the internal side face of a door, a slider plate 20 slidably clamped to the plate 11 by a finger 13 and a key seat 50. An internal lever 55 constrained so as to be turned together and a bottom cam are supported rotatably to the key seat 50, and a dead-bolt thumb turn lever 58 and a top cam 40 are also supported rotatably to the key seat 50 similarly. The cam is rotated and engaged with a bottom cam follower 21 and the plate 20 is lifted every time the lever 55 is revolved downwards, and the dead bolt is turned so as to be retracted together with a spring latch bolt by engagement with the cam 40 when the head bolt is latched to a top cam driver 22.

CONSTITUTION: A cam operated clutch comprising inner and outer handles 20 and 12, piston aggregate 16, inner and outer side clutch plates 18 and 14 and a cam mechanism is controlled by a rotary actuator 60 and a shutter blade 58. This rotary actuator 60 has two pole pieces and is stabilized at two positions deflected at a small angle. At a position turned downward, the inner side clutch plate 18 is made to engage with the outer side clutch plate 14 by the blade end 76 of the shutter blade 58 to allow the outside handle 12 to mechanically activate a cam mechanism. In addition, at a position turned upward, both clutch plates 14 and 18 are not made to engage with each other. This constitution allows a clutch control mechanism to perform its control by only turning operation and can make it less sensitive to linear acceleration.

摘要： PURPOSE: To prevent transfer through a fire door of a fire by filling a door controller with a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid, installing an automatic door closer on the non-fire side of the fire door by a fastener and pivotally connecting a door control arm to the automatic door closer in the door controller. CONSTITUTION: A door controller 20 is mounted on the surface of a door 10, and protected with a cover 21. A door control pinion 22 is engaged with one end of a door control arm 30, and the other end is set up pivotally to a door frame pivot 42. The door controller 20 is melted at a temperature, where it is structurally strong but which is lower than the self-ignition point of the hydraulic fluids of the controller 20, and heated by heat transfer passed through the door 10, and fusible fasteners 15 are heated before the door controller 20 heated before the hydraulic fluids. Accordingly, the door controller 20 is removed from the door 10 before the hydraulic fluids reach self-igniting temperature of the hydraulic fluids, before the fusible fastener 15 reaches the melting point and the hydraulic fluids reach a temperature where the fluids begin to leak, and the door controller 20 is hung from the door control arm 30 by its weight, and pivoted and separated from a contact with the door 10.

摘要： PURPOSE: To eliminate need of complicated assembling and reassembling for facilitating completing a double backset lock by providing plural cams corresponding to plural backset values in a simple constitution. CONSTITUTION: A front cam 30A and a back cam 30B are composed of two hub parts to be rotation-supported and engaged with two cam guide parts between two engagement halves of housing outer shells. Next, as either the front cam 30A or the back cam 30B is rotated, a bolting lock bar 20, that is a bolt 2, makes straight translation along an axis of a bolting actuation assembly to protrude or retract the bolt 2. As either cam is then rotated clockwise, the bolt 2 is retracted. In selecting a backset value, therefore, changing parts or reassembling the bolting assembly is not needed, but the backset value can be easily selected.
