摘要： An insulating transparent sheet transmits visual light, and cuts infrared light and is resistant to climate and thermal deterioration even in an environment of outdoor use. In one embodiment, the insulating sheet comprises a vinyl sheet being substantially transparent and configured to attach to a window. Metal particles are dispersed within the vinyl sheet and provide thermal insulation by preventing different thermal light waves from passing through the vinyl sheet. The metal particles also being small enough (or tuned) to allow other visual light waves to pass through the vinyl and substantially maintain the transparency of the vinyl sheet. This relatively thin, substantially transparent thermal film provides immediate and year round energy savings by insulating against heat loss in winter and solar heat gain in summer.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a radio receiving condition in an electric railcar by transmitting radio wave to a transmission antenna provided in parallel to the railroad of the electric railcar, receiving the transmitted wave in the electric railcar during travelling, and transmitting it as a radio wave into the electric railcar. CONSTITUTION:A receiving antenna 3 is provided on the roof part of respective electric railcars 1. The distance between a transmitting antenna 2 and the receiving antenna 3 is placed at such a very closed distance as about 2m from the starting station to the terminal station. The electric railcars 1 during proceeding receive a radio program signal wave from a transmission station at the starting station with a receiver 3a. The received radio wave is sent to an AM system or FM system radio frequency receiver 5 for an in-electric railcar broadcasting placed in a conductor room etc., and the output signal is connected to an in- electric railcar transmitting antenna 6 and broadcasted into the electric railcar. Then, a passenger 7 having a small cheap portable radio 8 receives a strong radio wave from the in-electric railcar transmitting antenna 6 at close range and can hear a good tone quality radio broadcasting with an earphone 9.
