SOLUTION: A method and apparatus for measuring a shaft angle arranges two markers (2, 4), recordable with a camera, on a shaft or a wheel to be measured. These markers are eccentric to a rotation axis of the shaft and spaced in the axial direction. The shaft is rotated, and rotation paths of the two markers or part of them is recorded by the camera and used for calculating an angle position of the shaft or that of a center line. The apparatus is available for measuring a wheel angle of a car, requiring no correction of a tilted wheel.

摘要： The present invention teaches a new audio coding system that can code both general audio and speech signals well at low bit rates. A proposed audio coding system comprises linear prediction unit for filtering an input signal based on an adaptive filter; a transformation unit for transforming a frame of the filtered input signal into a transform domain; and a quantization unit for quantizing the transform domain signal. The quantization unit decides, based on input signal characteristics, to encode the transform domain signal with a model-based quantizer or a non-model-based quantizer. Preferably, the decision is based on the frame size applied by the transformation unit.

The additional authentication can include comparing elements of a previously deposited cookie on the user computer to test elements, and if the elements, match, granting access and transparently transferring the user computer back to the information server. If the secondary authentication fails, however, the user may be asked questions as tertiary authentication, or a PIN code can be sent to the user's cell phone, which PIN code can then be input on the user computer to gain access.
