摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for manufacturing a liquefied petroleum gas container without welding seam by which the liquefied petroleum gas container without welding seam can be manufactured by forming a hollow container composed of a single body without welding seam in a simple and easy way through simultaneous press working and simultaneous drawing working using an aluminum alloy material.SOLUTION: This method has such a merit that a manufacturing time per unit production is reduced and efficiency of work is improved as a result, not only production amount per unit time can be increased but also the occurrence of work hardening phenomenon for a material caused by press working or drawing working can be prevented. The merit is obtained by continuously performing a press working and a drawing working twice using one press metallic mold and one drawing metallic mold while the press working has been performed heretofore using two metallic molds and in four stages and the drawing working has been performed heretofore through processes different from each other.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam ejection pump dispenser which has a content backflow preventing function for preventing the backflow of a liquid. SOLUTION: This foam ejection pump dispenser is equipped with: an air valve member 100; an air valve guide member 300; a piston disengagement preventing surface 500; a piston member disengagement preventing surface holder portion 700; a liquid leakage preventing spring 200; and a ball valve support 90. The air valve member 100 covers an upper step of a piston cover member 50, and a main wall of an upper portion thereof is equipped with an air opening/closing plate 120. The air valve guide member 300 is fitted into the inner surface of the intermediate section of the piston cover member 50, and the upper step thereof is composed of an air opening/closing step flange 310. The piston disengagement preventing surface 500 is constituted integrally with the piston cover member 50, and the main wall thereof is equipped with a large number of outside air inflow grooves 501. The piston member disengagement preventing surface holder portion 700 is constituted above the piston member 70, and an inner surface of an upper step is equipped with a piston member disengagement preventing step flange 701.
