    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a flat bar is incapable of opening a punch hole in the case of binding filing paper in a flat file.
      SOLUTION: In regard to the flat bar 1 of the flat file which has a constitution wherein, a filing strap being passed through flat file backing paper, filing paper is held down by the flat bar and binding pieces are shifted to hold down the filing strap for binding and wherein the flat bar is provided with a pair of holes 3 for passing the filing piece through and the paired binding pieces 2 are attached to the bar, the flat file with a punching function is a punching implement which has a constitution wherein an elastic part 7 having elasticity is provided in the end of the binding piece of the flat bar and a punching edge part 5 is provided in the elastic part, while a support 8 is provided in an extended part of the flat bar 1, on the side opposite to the edge part, for supporting this part, and an escape hole 6 for lessening an impact is provided in the support. This constitution has effects of providing the primary function of the flat bar for holding down the filing paper and holding down the filing strap with the binding pieces shifted and also the punching function for opening the punch hole in the filing paper.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an annular linkage blade power generation water turbine attaching a plurality of blades (runner) of the water turbine annularly by linking them in the horizontal direction and taking out clean energy from water stream by utilizing comparatively small head such as flow of a river or head channel in water channel for agriculture.
      SOLUTION: This water turbine is constituted in such a way that a water turbine fixing frame 11 is provided on a basic part frame 9, two shafts including a main shaft 2 and an auxiliary shaft 3 arranged to rotate along the same straight line are provided, a head sheave 4 and a return sheave 5 are provided on the main shaft 2 and the auxiliary shaft 3, respectively, a belt 6 like a belt conveyor rotating annularly is provided, and a plurality of runners 1 are attached to its whole face at equal interval by linking them. Since the water turbine is attached to the water flow channel to let water flow and the plurality of runners 1 receiving water flow energy can receive water flow energy by overlapping, water flow energy can be taken out efficiently.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water turbine formed that a plurality of the impellers (runners) of a water turbine are horizontally annularly mounted in chain and to provide an annular chain impeller water turbine to take out clean energy high-efficiently from a flow of a river.
      SOLUTION: A water turbine fixing frame is situated on a base part frame. Two shafts of a main shaft (2) and an auxiliary shaft (3) are provided. A plurality of runners (1) being a water turbine blade are annularly mounted in chain therearound to form a water turbine. During use, it is mounted in a stream channel (8), reinforced by a plurality of stays and horizontal materials and where base part frame reinforced by a plurality of stays and horizontal materials are commonly used. Through a flow of water concentratedly to the stream channel (8), energy of flow water is exerted on the runner, and by utilizing a force by which movement to the downstream side is effected, rotation of a water turbine is urged. A plurality of runners mounted on the whole of the stream channel simultaneously and in an overlapping manner receive energy of a flow and constitution is effected such that energy of a flow can be taken out high efficiently.

    • It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problems by using an optical arrangement that is totally different from the conventional CD spectra measuring method, and to provide a method and device for measuring circular dichroism spectra, which can measure the CD spectrum in much shorter time even with the use of a small light source. The method for measuring circular dichroism spectra according to the present invention comprising the steps of irradiating a white light projected from a white light source to a sample without dispersing the light into a monochromatic light, dispersing the light output from the sample, detecting a light intensity of the dispersed light by a detector having a sensor consisting of a charge-coupled device, and then measuring a circular dichroism spectrum of the sample on the basis of a result of the detection by the detector (FIG. 1).

    • An apparatus has a head portion for holding a strip of filter, and a support portion for supporting the head portion. By providing windows, discharge light emission having a clear shape and a high resolution can be obtained.
