When the signal from the control part is received, the alarm part issues an alarm signal for the warning.

SOLUTION: The pot bottom is made in a two-step stage, which results in a pot bottom (2) which is directly heated and a pot bottom (1) which is not directly heated. The liquid heated by the pot bottom (2) which is directly heated forms a rising convection towards a surface, and the liquid contacting the pot bottom (1) which is not directly heated forms a falling convection towards the pot bottom (2) which is directly heated. The scum (3) generated at the surface is collected on a low-temperature surface above the pot bottom (1) which is not heated. Therefore, the scum does not cover the surface and boiling over caused by the scum does not occur.
