The spherical member 3 is composed of the ball core 30 and a ball surface 40. Improvement is added to the composition of the ball core 30, so that its main composition includes palm fibers 31 by 40-70 wt.%, rubber 32 by 25-55 wt.%, and solvent by 1-3 wt.%. After the crushed palm fibers 31, the rubber 32 in the form of fluid, and the solvent 33 are mixed, obtained matter is pressurized and molded, and through processes of heating, curing, etc., manufacture of the ball core 30 is completed. Manufacture cost on the ball core 30 is thus lowered. Quality of molding and stability of ball material strength are improved.

摘要： Technology for using an open mobile alliance (OMA) management object (MO) for congestion control in mobile networks is described. A novel type of OMA MO for application specific access control (ASAC) can include internet protocol (IP) flow descriptions that can be used to characterize applications with fine granularity. Priorities can be assigned to IP flows based on the IP flow descriptions. A user equipment (UE) can receive such an OMA MO and also receive application-barring information regarding a congestion level in a mobile network with which an application at the UE wishes to connect. The UE can have a connectivity manager (CM) that determines whether to allow the application to establish a connection with the mobile network based on the priority level of the application's associated IP flow and the application-barring information.

A registration update message may be received at a wireless network element from the UE over non-access stratum (NAS) signaling. Application Specific Congestion Control for Data Communications (ACDC)/Application and Service Access Control (ASAC) information may be communicated from the wireless network element to the UE in response to receiving the registration update message. The ACDC/ASAC may be activated at a selected prioritization level, at the wireless network element, while a wireless network channel condition of a wireless network exceeds a capacity threshold, the ACDC/ASAC enabling only application categories to operate at the UE that are contained in the ACDC/ASAC information.
