    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for signaling a different control information message transmitted from a communication device.SOLUTION: A symbol multiplied by a zero autocorrelation code CAZAC reference signal RS having a first constant amplitude is transmitted in a time slot from a first antenna of a user device so as to be multiplexed with another user device through a first physical uplink control channel. A symbol multiplied by a second CAZAC RS is transmitted in the time slot from a second antenna of the user device so as to be multiplexed with another user device through a second physical uplink control channel. The first and second CAZAC RS are mutually orthogonal to each other by at least one of cyclic shifts or by a cover code applied to at least one of the first and second CAZAC RS. The symbols can be the same or different, and represent ACK, NACK or a scheduling request indicator. These teachings are expanded to three or more transmission antennas.
