The present invention provides: a cell dissociating agent for dissociating a cell of interest from a separation carrier bound to the cell of interest, the cell dissociating agent comprising a bindable ureido group-containing polymer having a side chain structure represented by formula (1) and also having a separation carrier-binding site capable of binding to the separation carrier in a side chain or a terminal thereof, in which the upper critical solution temperature (UCST) of the bindable ureido group-containing polymer falls within the range from 4 to 40°C; and others.
