Composition multicouche pour masque respiratoire de protection formée d'au moins : - une couche textile lumineuse (1) comprenant des fibres optiques (10) à émission latérale tissées en chaîne et/ou en trame avec des fils de liage, l'une des deux extrémités libres des fibres optiques (10) est configurée pour être couplée à une source lumineuse générant un rayonnement lumineux dans le spectre de l'ultraviolet; et - une couche additionnelle (2a, 2b) en matériau tissé ou non-tissé. Au moins l'une des couches de ladite composition, intègre des composés métalliques connus pour leurs propriétés antimicrobiens et/ou antibactériens.

The invention relates to a multilayer composition for a protective breathing mask consisting of at least: - a luminous textile layer (1) comprising side-emitting optical fibres (10) which are woven in warp and/or in weft with binding threads, one of the two free ends of the optical fibres (10) being configured to be coupled to a light source which generates light radiation in the ultraviolet spectrum; and - an additional layer (2a, 2b) which is made of woven or non-woven material. At least one of the layers of said composition incorporates metal compounds known for their antimicrobial and/or antibacterial properties.
