Embodiments described herein relate to methods and apparatuses for obtaining information relating to tethering events. A method performed at a first network function for obtaining information relating to tethering events comprises receiving, from a second network function, a first request to report information either related to detected tethering events in a session or related to detected tethering events for one or more services in a session; detecting a first tethering event at a first device; and transmitting a first message to the second network function, the first message comprising tethering information related to the first tethering event.
