The support member has: a first support part that has a first support base for supporting the peripheral edge part of the first window part and closes off the attachment hole; and a second support part that is integrally formed with the first support base, supports the peripheral edge part of the second window member, and closes off the attachment hole. The first support part has an annular portion that is provided on the peripheral edge of the first support base and disposed between the first support base and the second support part.
