The present invention relates to a highly labile, dominant and highly visible horizontal banner display system for advertising, presentation and contextual illustration of photographs at marked times and events. It consists of a plurality of parts made of metal or any other rigid material that can be assembled by interlocking or telescoping. In one embodiment, the display system according to the invention consists of a banner carried by a support (1) that can be rolled up by means of a spring-loaded reel (2) and tensioned in all directions by a pull rod (3) and two parallel tensioning bars (4). In a preferred embodiment, the posts or legs (5) each consist of a plurality of interlocking parts, the last lower part being connected to a foldable tripod (6).
