The purpose of the present invention is to provide a charging connector that makes it possible to easily retain a terminal. This charging connector comprises a power terminal, a signal terminal, a housing for holding the power terminal and the signal terminal, and a retainer that is combined with the housing. A metal plate in the signal terminal is bent. The signal terminal includes: a cylindrical section that is provided to the tip side and into which a terminal of an external charging connector is inserted; a wire connection section provided to the rear end side and electrically connected with a signal line; and an intermediate section provided between the cylinder section and the wire connection section. The intermediate section includes a protruding section protruding further than the cylindrical section in a direction intersecting the insertion/removal direction. The retainer includes a terminal pressing section that extends along the wire connection section and presses the protruding section toward the housing.
