무세포 진피층 이식재의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 일 양상에 따른 방법은 이식 환자에서 면역거부반응을 일으킬 수 있는 세포를 효과적으로 제거하여 DNA 잔류량을 최소화함으로써 안전하면서도 진피층의 3차원 구조의 손상을 최소화할 수 있어, 이식 부위에서 피부 조직 재생을 원활히 유도할 수 있다.
摘要（英）：
The present invention relates to a method for producing an acellular dermal graft. The method according to one aspect minimizes DNA residue by effectively removing cells capable of causing immunorejection in a transplant patient, and thus is safe and can minimize damage to the three-dimensional structure of the dermis. Therefore, the method makes it possible to induce skin tissue regeneration in a transplant site without difficulty.
