The present invention relates to a biomarker composition for diagnosing a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor and a method of providing information necessary for diagnosing a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor using same. The present invention measures an expression level of a protein, such as S100A8, S100A9, CD163, and ACTR3, or a gene encoding same in a biological sample of an individual suspected of having a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor, and compares the expression level with an expression level of a normal individual to diagnose a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor. Accordingly, since it is possible to diagnose a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor early through a convenient and simple method even if clinical symptoms do not appear, the present invention may be effectively used for the diagnosis and treatment of a pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor.
