The present invention relates to the technical field of optical projection machine manufacturing, and provides a manufacturing method for an optical protection machine. The method is applied to an optical projection machine which has a light source module (200) and a heat dissipation module (100), wherein the heat dissipation module (100) comprises an aluminum heat sink (120) and at least one heat pipe (110). The method comprises: (10) firstly fixing a heating end of the at least one heat pipe (110) to a backlight side of the light source module (200) by means of low-temperature welding; and (20) fixing a condensation end of the at least one heat pipe (110) to the aluminum heat sink (120), so as to complete manufacturing of the projection optical machine. The optical projection machine manufactured by means of the method has a simple flow process, is low in cost and thermal resistance, and good in reliability.
